Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of Jimmy Wayne and Lynda Faye Cowan McCurry. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a graduate of T.L. Hannah High School and Lander University.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are two sisters, Deborah Lynne Floyd (Robert) and Dana Torres (Felix), both of Anderson.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday October 7, 2018 at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Belton.
