Born in Honea Path, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mallie Cooley Moss. She was a member of the Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was retired from Becton-Dickenson Honea Path.
Ella is survived by one daughter: Ann Murdock and husband Danny of Honea Path; two grandchildren: Jeff Murdock (Angie) and Josh Murdock (Hollie); three great-grandchildren: Mattie, Bella, and Carlee Murdock; and one sister: Glenda Gilmer.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Clyde, Jim, Bill and Charlie Moss; and one sister: Martha “Mot” Holland.
She will be remembered for her caring and loving ways toward her family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday December 11, 2018 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Shane Elrod officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Tuesday from 2-3 PM at Pruitt Funeral Home, prior to the service.
