Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Frank L. and Maude Stone Morrison. She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church, M.E. Riley Sunday School Class, MMU, and Golden Agers. She was also a member of Daughters Auxiliary, Unit 42 of Greenwood S.C. She graduated from Ware Shoals High School and worked several years at Riegel Textile Corp.
Surviving is one sister, Margaret Luker of Ware Shoals. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, J. W. Morrison and Ralph Morrison; three sisters, Wil Lou Morrison, Nelle Ridgeway and Elizabeth Gambrell and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Monday at 2 P.M. at Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Gambrell and Rev. Charles Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Oakbrook Memorial Park.
