Maureen Timms

Hodges – Alice Maureen Bagwell Timms, 84, widow of James Melvin Timms, Sr., of Nation Road,  died Thursday, June 06, 2019 at her home.

Born in Ware Shoals, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Allie Mae Branyon Bagwell. She was retired from Park Seed Company and was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth Alan Timms (Cindy) of Hodges,  two grandsons, Nicholas Timms and James Melvin Timms III. She was pre-deceased by a son James Melvin Timms, Jr., a sister, Frances Bagwell Boyter, and a grandson, Lowel Jordan Timms.

Funeral services will be held at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 3 PM with Rev. Earl Winfrey officiating. Private burial will be held in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

A special thanks to the staff of I Need Someone To, Inc. for the excellent care they gave to my mother and also to Crescent Hospice.
