Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of Alice Lilly Cline Young and the late Lewis Henry Darnell, Jr. She was a member of Mt Gallagher Baptist Church and was self-employed.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Edgefield are: her son Jared Casey Young of MD, and her sister, April May of Easley
Memorial services will be held at 5 P.M. Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Parker-White Funeral Home, Ware Shoals, with Rev, Johnnie Waller officiating.
