Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Douglas Edward Todd and the late Patricia Gail Bolt Todd. He worked as a brick mason, and was outgoing, free-hearted, and eager to help anyone.
In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Todd is survived by his father: Douglas Edward Todd (Vicki) of Honea Path; two sons: Dalton Lee Todd and John Dylan Todd of the home; and five uncles: Robert Todd (Sheila) of Honea Path, Donnie Ray Todd, Charles Allen Todd of Belton, Terry Bolt of Greenwood, and Bruce Bolt of Greenwood, and an aunt, Linda Bice (Ward) of Hodges.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 9 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Jay Hardy officiating. Burial will follow at Turkey Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Ware Shoals.
The family is at the home of his uncle: Robert Todd on Blue Willow Circle, and will receive friends from 1-2 PM Monday, prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Messages of condolences may be left for the family at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com.
