Born on August 25, 1949, he was a son of the late Joe and Nina Pearman Moore. He was of the Baptist Faith. Over his lifetime he had raised many horses and he loved music and played for over fifty years.
Surviving are a son, Russ Moore of Kilgore, TX, a daughter, Anita Moore Owens of Ware Shoals, eight grandchildren, and several cousins.
