Born in Alliance, OH, she was the daughter of the late Hugh Lyal and Edna Pauline Tarman Johnston. She was a member of Donalds Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her devoted husband of 58 years of the home are: her son, Donald “Don” (Carrie) Wilson, Jr. of AL; two daughters, Carla Billings and Brieann Wilson, both of Donalds; two brothers, Kenneth (Joan) Johnston and Jerry (Beckee) Johnston, both of OH; six grandchildren, Lyal Wilson, Reid Bolton, Cecile Wilson, Sydney Wilson, Dean Billings, and Donnie Wilson, III; and two great-grandchildren, Presley Wilson and Wilkes Bolton.
