Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Terry Garrett and Shirley Vaughn McClain.
Surviving are her finance, Matthew Cooley, two daughters, Mackenzi Garrett of Honea Path, and Presley Reece (Colton) of Iva, a sister, Sondra Vaughn of Belton, two grandchildren, Kyler Reece and Nykolas Reece, a nephew, James Terry Vaughn, a niece, KC Danielle Vaughn, and three great-nephews, Harley, Justin, and Jayden Vaughn.
