Born in Conway, SC, he was a son of the late Memory Singleton and Lucille Cox Todd. He attended Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was a member of Independent Lodge #23 A.F.M.
He is survived by a daughter, Jan Todd Everett (Charles) of Donalds, a brother, Joe Todd of Conway a sister, Jewel O’Neal of Clinton, two grandchildren and one great grandchild,
He was predeceased by two brothers, Robert Todd and Billie Todd and a sister, Bee Mixon.
