Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late William Bud and Frances Neal Vaughn. He was of the Assembly of God Faith. He was a retired owner of Vaughn Painting.
Surviving are his wife of the home, a son, Eric Vaughn (Katherine), two daughters, Jeannie Vaughn of Donalds and Jessica Vaughn of Honea Path, a sister, Tracy Vaughn of Greenwood, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Services with limited seating will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Sturkie officiating. Mask and social distancing will be required. Burial will be private
