Born in Ware Shoals, he was a son of the late Wendell Randolph Baldwin and Barbara Davenport Shirley. He was a member of Belton Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was owner of Baldwin Heating and Air Conditioning. He was a honest, hard working man who would do anything to help anyone. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed participating in charity motorcycle events.
In addition to his wife, Tammy Surrett Baldwin, Mr. Baldwin is survived by three sons: Brent Couch (Alisha) of Donalds, Ryan Baldwin (Casey) of Belton, and Daniel Baldwin (Samantha) of Ware Shoals; one daughter: Tania Fain (Andy) of St. Stephen, SC; one brother: Dale Shirley (Suzie) of Greenwood; two sisters: Tammy Baldwin of Greenwood and Angie Hatcher of Hodges; four grandchildren, Jaime Couch, Addison Baldwin, Sophia Baldwin, and Blake Fain. He is preceded in death by two brothers: Michael Baldwin and Randy Earl Baldwin.
Funeral services with limited seating will be held at 4:30 PM Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Bearden officiating. Mask and social distancing will be required. Burial will be private.
