John Holland

Donalds – John Earl Holland, 74, husband of Brenda Lindley Holland, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Wesley Commons Rehabilitation of Greenwood.

Born on February 25, 1947 in Greenwood, SC, he was a son of the late John Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Butler Holland. He was a member of West Main Street Church of God of Ware Shoals and had formerly attended Harmony United Methodist Church. A graduate of Ware Shoals High School Class of 1966,  he retired as constable of Abbeville County, was the former owner and operator of H & A Enterprises of Abbeville, and was a Truck Driver for Smith and Waters of Ware Shoals. He was a member of the Bascomb Lodge # 363 A.F.M. and the Hejaz Shrine Temple.

His memories will be cherished by his wife of the home, his loving son and daughter-in-law,  Stu and Jennifer Holland, granddaughter Lindley Holland and boyfriend, John Bosler, his brother and wife, Donnie Holland and Lynette.

Active pallbearers will be Bryan Butler, Bryan Epps, Tim Luker, Michael Koon, Curt Davis, and Jimmy Moss.

Graveside services with Masonic Rites will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ashley McCoy-Bruce and Rev. Donnie Holland officiating.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Parker-White Funeral Home, Ware Shoals.
