Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Gifford and Janie Little Burton. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by her grandson, Roger Dale Owens, Jr. of NC and granddaughter, Amy Leopard (Hobie) of Ninety Six, and two great-grandsons, Austin Griffin and Tanner Griffin. She was predeceased by her son, Roger Dale Owens.
