Ann Barmore

Donalds – Ann Louise Barmore, 72,  of Highway 184 passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022, at her home.

Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late William E. and Nan H. Barmore. She was a lifelong member of Donalds United Methodist Church where she served in numerous roles through the years.

She graduated from Dixie High School and Erskine College and held a Masters Degree from Winthrop University. She retired after a career of 25 years as a Home Economics, Home Arts, and Science Teacher at Oakway High School and Westminster Middle School.

Surviving are her sister, Judy Collins (Jimmy) of Donalds, two beloved nieces, Lori Cheshire (Jason) and Christine Hall (Elliott) both of Greenville, and four much loved great nephews and nieces, Collins and Anna Cheshire, William and Ellison Hall.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Monday, April 25, 2022 at Donalds United Methodist Church with Rev. Jones Brewer and Rev. Sharon Britz officiating. Burial will follow in Donalds Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 PM Monday at Donalds United Methodist Church prior to the service. The family is at the home of her sisster Mrs. Jimmy (Judy) Collins, 101 Collins Lane, Donalds, SC 29638. Donations may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation at komen.org.
