Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Sloan O. and Margaret Maddox Wilson. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and retired from Torrington.
Surviving are: her son, Randy (Doris) Fleming of Honea Path; her brother, Richard (Johnnie) Wilson of Anderson; her granddaughter, Sandy (Craig) Johnson; her great-granddaughter, Lindley Cate Johnson; special sister-in-law, Libby Fleming of Texas; and special friend, Bobbie Chastain.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday, August 26, 2022 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Watson and Rev. Hunter Ramsey officiating. Burial will be private.
The family is at the home of her son, Randy, 1109 Abercrombie Rd, Honea Path, and will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Pruitt Funeral Home.
