Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late James H. and Helen Jean Osborne Burroughs.
She was survived by a daughter, Stephanie West (Fred) of Ware Shoals, two sons, Jack Parker Hill of North Carolina, and Christopher Nicholas Howard of Texas, a sister, Donna B. Gragg (Jim) of Roebuck, and five grandchildren, Aundrea, Elijah, Ethan, Paige, and Destiny.
She was pre deceased by her parents, her husband, a brother, James Robert Burroughs and a sister Marie White.
