Born in Japan, she was a daughter of the late Stuart Bedford and Shirley Huss Montague.
Surviving are: her son, Allen Montague of Simpsonville; three sisters, Renee, Sheena, and Gayla; and two grandchildren, Christopher Montague and Emily Montague.
