Born in Ware Shoals, she was a daughter of the late Herman M. and Ida Cobb Brown. She was a member of the West Main Street Church of God of Ware Shoals, and was retired from both Riegel Textile Co. and Piggly Wiggly of Ware Shoals.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Daigrepont (Dan) of Taylors and Lori McIntyre of Ware Shoals, a son-in-law, Dwayne Brown of Ware Shoals, sixgrandchildren, Mike Hudson (Michal), Carmen Cross (Josh) Jordan Hudson, Chase McIntyre, Mason Hellams, and Dana Brown, and nine great-grancdhildren, Griffin Cross, Holden Cross, Mikalynn McMurray (Michael), Lauren Greer, Reagan Greer, Tyler Brown, Dalton Hawkins, Jadyn Price, and Sydney Brown a great-great grandson, Hudson Thomas.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel, Ware Shoals, with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating. Burial will be private.
