Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late James Junior and Mary Rebecca Ashley Fields. Mike was a true Jack of All Trades and retired as a self employed Mechanic.
Surviving are: a son, Jamie Fields of Honea Path; three brothers, Dennis Fields, Randy (Wanda) Fields, and Tim Fields, all of Honea Path; his sister, Amanda (Keith) Hall of Honea Path; a granddaughter, Shanna Fields; several nieces and nephews including David Fields; and many good friends.
Memorial services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Knight officiating.
The family is at the home of his sister, Amanda, 10 Susan Ave., Honea Path and will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home following the service.
