Born in Brevard, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Claude and Ada Elizabeth Eubanks Edwards.
In addition to her husband of the home, Deborah is survived by her daughter Stephanie Diane Higgins of Westminster, her sister Christine Jones of Hendrsonville, and her two grandsons: Dakota Reece and Jordan Higgins and wife Michelle.
She was preceded in death by her son Seth Lamar Higgins.
