Born in Eufaula AL, she was a daughter of the late Milburne and Ada Parrish. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are: her son, Vincent (Cynthia) Laquitara, Jr. of Ware Shoals ; two daughters, Pamela (Chris) Durst of Warrenville and Angelia Smith of Honea Path; three sisters, Geraldine, Martha (Bob) Bates, and Jerry; five grandchildren, Angel Johnson, Mason Jenkins, Vincent Laquitara, III, Samantha Melton and Brittany Storey; six great-grandchildren with one expected.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dave Golding officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date.
