Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of Avalene King Ashley and the late Ernest Jimmy Dean Ashley. She attended Southside Baptist Church and worked as a home health aid at Upstate Home Care Solutions.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Honea Path are: two daughters, Abby (James) Merritt of Waterloo and Hollie (Johnathan) Whitfield of OK; her brother, Dusty R.D. Ashley of Honea Path; and two grandchildren, Bella Gilliam and Waylon Whitfield.
Funeral services will be held at 5 P.M. Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Slatten officiating.
