Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Tom and Rosalee Cole Haynes. She was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was an assistant at the Honea Path Washerette for a number of years.
Surviving are: two daughters, Ann Posey of Belton and Emma Jo (Bill) Stockton of Princeton; four sisters, Marie Pitts and Jeanette Allen, both of Ware Shoals, Edna Mary French of TX, and Barbara Ann Russell; and a special friend, Johnny, of Townville.
Mrs. Davies was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; six brothers; four sisters; and two grandchildren, Jessica Rene Stockton and Bradley Earl Stockton.
Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, October 10, 2025 at Eastview Cemetery with Rev. Mark Thomas officiating.
