Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of William H. “Billy” Ashley, Jr. and the late Betty Burton Ashley. Angie was a member of Keowee Baptist Church. She graduated from Dixie High School and Piedmont Tech. with degrees in Juvenile Justice and Cosmetology. She played softball and basketball with Keowee Baptist Church. She loved her horse, Paint and her dog, Jack.
Surviving are her father, Billy Ashley of Donalds, a brother, William “Chuck” Ashley, III (Pam) of Summerville, and a sister Pam Griffin of Anderson.
Along with her mother, Betty Ashley, she is predeceased by two sisters, Theresa and Wendy Wilson.
