Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Tyrus and Lula Mae Bell Vaughan. She was a member of Broadmouth Baptist Church. She was a sweet soul who loved her whole family with all her heart, and was formerly an active member of Senior Solutions of Anderson.
Surviving are a brother, James Heyward Vaughan of Honea Path, and two sisters, Cathy Knight(Joe), and Linda Garrett (Barry) both of Honea Path, several nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Lula Mae Davis, and a nephew, Mark Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Broadmouth Baptist Church with Rev. Justin Phillips and Rev. Barry Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday prior to the service.
