Born in Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence James and Grace Echols Fowler. She was a long time faithful member of Donalds Church of God where she served as the organist. She was retired from Oxford Shirt Plant.
Surviving in addition to her devoted husband of 59 years of the home are: her son, Dewayne (Laurie) Miller of Cummings GA; her daughter, Lisa (Joey) Smith of Donalds; two brothers, Rodney Fowler of FL and Rev. David Fowler of NC; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Brenda Anderson.
A Family Memorial Service will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Donalds Church of God with Rev. James Ray Lollis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Donalds Church of God, 335 W. Main St., Donalds, SC 29638.
