Born in Lake County Indiana, she was a daughter of Fraon Louise Daniel Kennedy and the late Jerry Kennedy. She formerly worked at Self Memorial Hospital as a Phlebotomist. She spent her last years as a caregiver for her mother.
Surviving in addition to her mother of the home are: her daughter, Lori (Richard) Hallman of CO; her sister, Penny Harris of Honea Path; and four grandchildren.
Ms. McGregor was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Barry Kennedy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday April 23, 2026 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Sturkie officiating. Burial will follow in Keowee Baptist Church Cemetery.
