Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Luther Franklin and Martha Ann Taylor Kerr. Frankie loved fishing, walking and Harley Davidson.
Surviving are three sisters, Tracy Robinson, Tammy Lowe (Richie Morrison) and Joyce Kerr (Fate Minor); and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James David Kerr and Randy Lee Kerr; and two sisters, Donna Sue Barnes and Bonnie Jean Reid.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday July 18, 2026 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.
