Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Charles Bell and Rosie Naomi Ashley Todd. He formerly worked at Chiquola Mills and Wrenn High School. Donnie was big hearted and loved to work. He loved country music, Harley Davidson’s and his beloved IROC Z.
Surviving are: his loving fiancé’, Rosemary Vaughn of Anderson; two brothers, Doug Todd and Charles ‘Red” Todd, both of Honea Path; and a half brother, Bill Bell of Honea Path.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday August 21, 2026 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Cooper officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1-2 P.M. at Pruitt Funeral Home prior to the service.
