A native of Prosperity, SC he was a son of the late James Ralph and Joann Margaret Murphy Pace. He was of the Baptist Faith and was retired after 23 years of service in the maintenance department at Capsugel of Greenwood. He was a 16 year veteran of the S.C.A.N.G.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah, of the home, two sons, James Randall Pace (Stacy) of Augusta, GA and Brandon David Pace (Angela) of Waterloo, six brothers, Richard Pace Mike Pace, Irvin Pace, Paul Pace, James Pace, and Wilbur Calvert, two sisters, Evelyn Sanders of Reedville and Paula Pace of Ware Shoals. and five grandchildren, London, Britton, Oliver, Michael, and Asher.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at his home. Parker-White Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
