Waterloo, S.C. Otis “Shine” Watts, 81 of 6957 Riverfork Rd., widower of Elizabeth Jones Watts died October 20, 2008 at his home. He was born in Ware Shoals, a son of the late John Tom and Louise Davenport Watts.
He is survived by nephews, Perry Watts, Waterloo, Toby Watts, Ware Shoals and Jimmy Madden, Hodges and a niece, Joan Tollison, Greenwood.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 pm Wednesday by the Rev. Grady Lothridge and Rev. Tommy Wooten.at Sacred Acres Cemetery.
The body will be taken to the cemetery at 2 pm and the family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery or the home. Parker-White Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made to www.parkerwhitepruitt.com.
