Shirley McClain

Iva – Shirley Vaughn McClain, 59, of 929 Keowee Rd., wife of Matthew McClain died Friday at Abbeville County Memorial Hospital.

Born in Anderson County she was a daughter of Wilma Ashley Vaughn and the late James Richard Vaughn. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith She was twice married, first to the late Terry Garrett.

Surviving are her husband of the home, her mother of Honea Path, two daughters, Terrie Bowen and Sondra Vaughn, both of Iva, one sister, Rita Phillips Aiken of Honea Path, and four grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday at the Garden of Memories with Rev. Frankie McClain and Rev. Charles Fuller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
