Eva Wells Tinsley, 86, widow of Franklin Curtis Tinsley, died Tuesday, June 17, 2009 at National Healthcare in Clinton. She was born in Laurens County, a daughter of the late Jones and Isabelle Scott Wells. She was retired from Riegel Textile Corp. and a member of Ware Shoals Pentacostal Holiness Church and the church choir.
Surviving is a daughter, Brenda Trammell and husband, Marvin, Clinton, one grandchild,four great grandchildren and four great great grand children.
She was pre-deceased by a brother, J.T. Wells, a sister, Ruby Hill and a grandchild, Gina Walker.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, 2 pm at Ware Shoals Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Mac Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
