Honea Path – Sybil Malinda Cambell Todd, widow of Major L. Todd, passed away on Sunday afternoon at The Maples in Honea Path where she had been a resident for the past 6 years. Previously she made her home on 4 Washington Circle in Honea Path. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louie R. Campbell of Belton.

Malinda is survived by her son, Dearyl Todd of Anderson, her daughter Sue Todd Babb(John) of Greenwood, her sister Katherine Campbell Black(Albert) of Honea Path, a number of nieces and nephews, and her special caregiver Veronica Walker.

Malinda was a member of the Honea Path Presbyterian Church where she was formerly active in the church choir and the Women of the Church.

She attended Winthrop College and retired from the offices of Chiquola Manafacturing Company in Honea Path. She became active as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, loved flower gardening and animals, and enjoyed her membership in the Dogwood Garden Club.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Tuesday at the Honea Path Presbyterian Church with Rev. Deborah Broadwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3 PM Tuesday at the church prior to the service. Donations in memory of Malinda may be made to Meals on Wheels, 105 S.
