Donalds – Charles Douglas Prince, 61, of 803 Greenville Church Rd., died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009 at his home.

Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late Jim Prince and Elizabeth AshleyVinson. He was of the Baptist Faith and was formerly employed by Harrison Builders of Greenwood.

Surviving are two daughters, Jimmie Lynn Prince McDonald and husband Jose of Donalds and Rebecca (Becky) Prince Olson and husband Preston of Newberry, brothers and sisters, the late Connie McAllister, Sybil Vinson of Buffalo, Judy Ann McCurry of Greenwood, Debbie Timms of Donalds, Mike Ashley of Greenwood, Jimmy Ray Ashley of Waterloo, Francie Cowart (Sissy) of Honea Path, Debbie Bradberry of Abbeville, the late Gloria Hall, Freddie Prince of Myrtle Beach, the late Herman Prince, and Scotty Prince of Donalds, six grandchildren, Brandon and Nina Ouzts and Amber, Austin, and Adam McDonald, and the late Thomas Hagen, three great-grandchildren, Brayden, Bryson, and Kameron.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Byron Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be: Brad Nickles, David McAlister,William Alverson, Tommy Shirley, Blake Owings, Doug Bohler, Dan Hagan and Gordon Pearson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Hardwood Cruisers.
