Charles “Charlie Boy” Raymond Rhodes, 64 , of 193 Captains Rd, Donalds , SC, died Sunday, September 1, 2013 at his home. Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late J.B and Ethel Bagwell Rhodes. He was of the Baptist Faith.
