Honea Path – Walter Ray Morrow, 80, husband of Frances Grant Morrow, of 109 Corn Road, died Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.

Donalds – Capt. Walter Perrin Tribble, 29, son of the late Lemuel Pierce and Annie Pettigrew Tribble, who died November 22, 1952 while serving in the U.S. Air Force in Alaska. Capt. Tribble’s remains will be returned home to Donalds, South Carolina and interred with Military Honors.

Ware Shoals – Kathy Gail Davenport Garrett, 63, wife of Buddy Wilson Garrett, of 30 Turkey Creek Lane, died Thursday, August 17, 2017 at her home.

Ware Shoals – Geneva Worley Samples, 90, widow of Jesse Mitchell Samples, Jr., of 26 Circle Street, passed away Monday August 14, 2017 at the home of her daughter.
