Belton – Ruby Louise Duffield Miller, 84, wife of Billy Jake Miller, of 930 Broadway School Road, died Sunday February 12, 2017 at her home.Born in Mountain City, TN, she was a daughter of the late Henry C. and Marie Eagleson Duffield. She was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist Faith.

Honea Path – Joyce McClellan Blair, 78, widow of Clyde James Blair, of 8 Sunset Drive, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Self Regional Healthcare.
