Princeton – Butler Ralph Bedwell, 74, husband of Jane Southern Bedwell, of Augusta Road, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at his home.

Belton – Dorothy “Dot” Euzelia Wilson Burdette, 94, widow of Edward Clarence "Bill" Burdette, formerly of 2702 Jones Chapel Road, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at National Health Care of Anderson.

Belton – Marsha Dell Mauldin Fortner, 67, wife of John Robert Fortner, of Henry Thomas Road, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.

Honea Path – Margaret Elaine Cely Ashley, 72, wife of John Barnett Ashley, Jr., of Emma Drive, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Waterloo – Cameron Lagene Hendrix, 25, died Thursday, April 9, 2020 in Donalds, SC.

Belton – Mary Gwenn Pratt Stewart, 85, wife of Gary Albert Cobb, of Blue Ridge Avenue, died Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Etowah TN, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Lily Taylor Pratt. Mary retired from The Greenville News.

Surviving are a son: Howard Stewart (Saundra) of Belton; three daughters: Betty Harless (Billy) of Travelers Rest, Sara Spangler (Chuck) of Belton, and Sue Clontz of Anderson; sixteen grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and a son-in-law: Wesley Barbare.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Geraldean Barbare and  four brothers: Roy Pratt, Burt Pratt, Wallace Payne, and Westin Payne.
