Donnie Ray Hanks, 83, husband of the late Rebecca Faye Robinson Hanks, of Bryant Road, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at his home.

Glen Charles Miller, 79, husband of Elaine Ragsdale Miller, of Greenbriar Road, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at AnMed Health.

Mr. Miller was born in Aberystwyth, Wales to late Harry and Moya Richardson Miller, and grew up in England. He was of the Anglican faith, and he worked as both an electrical engineer and as an electronics engineer. He was also an avid sailor.

Surviving in addition to his devoted wife of the home are: one son, Phillip (Mary) Miller of Folson, CA; one brother, William Dennis (Kay) Miller of Brightlingsea, UK; one sister, Avril Miller of Ipswitch, England; and one grandchild, Nicholas Miller.

Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday, October 31, 2022 at Eastview Cemetery in Honea Path, S.C. with Rev. Jerry Gray and Mr. Gary Jordan officiating.

Honea Path – Carolyn Marie McGaha Corbin, 72, wife of Tom Corbin, of 381 Corbin Road, died Friday, October 7, 2022 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born in Honea Path, she was a daughter of the late Humphrey and Katherine Adams McGaha. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are: her son, Kenneth Dwayne McGaha of Honea Path; her daughter, Shellie Putnam of Anderson; four brothers, Alfred “Pete” McGaha of Honea Path, Edward McGaha of Honea Path, Tony McGaha (Debbie) of Honea Path and Douglas McGaha of Lakeland, FL; her sister, Wanda Gambrell (William) of Honea Path; four grandchildren, Brooke Logan McGaha, Hannah Ashley, Cherish Carter, and Katie McGaha; and a great-grandchild, Kaiden Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Dean McGaha.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stevie Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.

Ware Shoals - Donald Bernard Boling, 87, of Ferry Landing Road, Waterloo, formerly of Incline Road, Ware Shoals, husband of Linda Ashley Boling, died Thursday, September 29, 2022, at his home.

Mrs. Nora Pearl King Ashley, a resident of NHC Greenwood was called to enter into her heavenly home on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.

Martha Ann Pruitt Stokes, 76, wife of Joe Carroll Stokes of Waterloo died Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at her home.

Ware Shoals – James Preston Mattison, 84, of Green Acres Drive Ext., widower of Barbara Ann Seiple Mattison, died Saturday, September 17, 2022 at his home.

Belton – Crystal Ruby Pilgrim Davis, 42, wife of Brad Davis, of Dean Springs Circle died Monday September 12, 2022 at her home.

Honea Path – Steve Marshall Coker, 77, husband of Jeannette “Rat” Ladd Coker of Shaw Rd., died Sunday, September 11, 2022 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born in Belton, he was a son of the late Claude Leman and Mellie Jennings Coker. He was a deacon at Big Creek Baptist Church in Williamston, and was retired from his work as a control room operator for Duke Energy at Lee Steam Station. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Coker is survived by his daughter Stephanie Coker Harrelson of Anderson, his sister Joyce Hill of Anderson, and his granddaughter Lauren Brooke Harrelson.

He was preceded in death by his three brothers: Eddie, Roger, and Danny Coker.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday, September 14 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Honea Path. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories.
